sTARTUp Day 2017

The theme of sTARTUp Day 2017 is "From Zero to Hero", an intriguing topic with lots of keynote stories, vital skillsets, exiting workshops, open networking and the best pitches. Every one of us can become a hero and our aim is to inspire you to take matters into your own hands and guide yourself to success – in business, school or any other aspect of your life.

You can:

- get inspired by listening to the amazing speakers from different subject fields: creative industry, sports industry, biotechnology, space technology, data technologies. There will be keynote speakers to tell their stories about getting from zero to hero and a panel about the next big thing;

- learn important skills by listening talks, panels and debates on the most important skillsets. We have topics in three levels regarding your prior experience: beginners, intermediates and hard-core startuppers;
get more in depth in exiting seminars where you can discuss your ideas and questions with the experts and speakers;

- listen to the best business ideas in pitches from the top Estonian startups, pitching competitions. The best student teams introduce their fresh and innovative ideas on UT Idealab stage;
look around at our demo area and partner area to discover products and serviced that startups have come up to change the world;

- network with the greatest minds who have gathered in Tartu for sTARTUp Day at networking area;
mingle with investors, media representatives, speakers and mentors in Contriber Match-making area.
